Where in your life are you being invited to shine? What personal harvest is asking to be seen, celebrated, or shared?

Gosh, I really like your list of ways to pause and recognize Lughnasadh. Connecting and expressing gratitude in a buffet of offerings.

I have just restarted a daily gratitude practice with the knowledge that we can shape ourselves for the better simply by noting what gives us joy. And it doesn't have to be just hedonistic pleasures such as enjoying the fruits of the season. It can also be feeling the gratitude that you shared your cherry tomatoes with someone whose crop failed.

These are the things that lead to well-being. Thanks for this timely post.

I am with you. I am embracing gratitude right now like a lifeboat in a storm. Such a simple but powerful practice. Every 👏 little 👏 thing 👏 is a reason to be grateful, even the pain, especially the pain perhaps. Thank you for sharing 🙏💚

When we can be open for the opportunity, pain is showing us a door we may want to pass through --but usually it just hurts! 🤕

I didn't even think about gratitude as that sort of life boat -- the bouy lifting us to a better place to handle pain. Great perspective.

Being grateful for the pain or grief or discomfort is a way of honoring its lessons, I think. Gives it a healthy reframe without bypassing.
