100% with you friend. I especially love when those rainy days fall on Sundays after I’ve been busy all week and am ready to go SLOW. And luckily, my dog will match my energy and we will stay in Bed all morning snuggled together. It’s a true pleasure.
I didn’t know staying in bed was common for people with ADHD. I was recently diagnosed and am learning all kinds of new things! I may need to try this more often.
